Functions and Responsibilities

The Secretariat is in charge of
		Research and development; public relations
		Management of security guards
		Management and maintenance of public facilities
		Sanitation and beautifying the environment
		Tourist services
		Property management
		Documentation
		Seal management
		General affairs
		Cashier service

The Division of Wildlife Conservation is responsible for
		Management of animals, plants and habitats; exhibition, management,
		medical treatment and research of birds in the Park
		Allocation and organization of personnel
		Systematic planning of theme exhibitions to show a progressive development
		of ecology
		Finding theoretic basis and using the stable breeding experiences to provide
		useful information for extra-territorial conservation
		Compiling the list of important birds; using all available manpower and
		resources to save endangered species
		Preparing animal feedings formula based on scientific research for animals
		in the Park
		Improving signs of birds in the Park; using identification data chip
		to file information for effective management
		Standardizing all procedures for professional quality
